The mopping performance, though still impressive, is not as effective. The mop rotates at a high speed and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, easily scrubbing up dirt and staining. I've also noticed that the front arms stick out slightly more than other robots, which is useful to get into tight corners and along baseboards. The same front arms can be used to sweep up larger debris, like broken toys and fallen books. Another good thing is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've ever tried. It doesn't make the same volume of sound while vacuuming or mopping and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only drawback is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform mopping and is separate from the vacuum. It is easy to install and works well.
